This website collects only the information you choose to submit through the test-drive request form, the contact form, or the credit application form: your name, phone number, email address, the ZIP code you are visiting from, the vehicle you are interested in, a preferred date and time, and any comments you add. Credit applications additionally collect your date of birth, Social Security number, residential history, employment and income information, and, if you choose to include one, the same information for a co-signer.

Your Social Security number is collected only to process your credit application and only with your authorization. This website never asks for bank account numbers, online banking credentials, or any way to access your accounts — the bank account question only asks which types of accounts you have (such as checking, savings or a prepaid card) so lenders can see that when processing your application. No account numbers or logins are collected, stored or linked.

How your information is used

• To respond to your request and arrange a test drive or a conversation about a vehicle.
• To confirm availability, pricing and next steps for the vehicle you asked about.
• To notify the site administrator that a new request has arrived.
• To submit your credit application information to lenders for processing, when you authorize a credit check.

Customer contact information is stored securely and is never published anywhere on the public website.

Credit applications and co-signers

Credit applications include your typed full legal name as an electronic signature, together with the date, time and browser information recorded when you signed. If you include a co-signer, their information is collected and protected the same way, and they should be told before you submit. Credit application information is visible only to the site administrator and is never published on the public website.

Financing and third-party websites

The Get Approved page and the on-site credit application explain financing options. You may complete the credit application on this website — submitting it is your authorization to check your credit — and, when available, this site also links to a separate third-party loan application website. That provider collects and processes applications under its own privacy policy and terms, and it — not this website — makes any credit or approval decision.

Vehicle information and descriptions

Vehicle specifications may come from a VIN decoding service, from inventory sources authorized by their owners, or from information entered by the administrator. Some vehicle descriptions are drafted with AI assistance from the vehicle's recorded specifications and are reviewed before publishing; they never include unverified claims about a vehicle's condition, history, features, warranties or mechanical status.

Retention and your choices

Submitted requests are kept only as long as needed to serve you and to keep reasonable business records. You may ask for your submitted information to be deleted, or ask what has been stored about you, by calling 281-406-1442.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not run advertising trackers. Session and preference data may be stored in your browser as needed for the site to function, and pages may embed a Google Map, which is subject to Google's own privacy terms.
