Better Call David Now! is the personal vehicle sales website of David Escobar, an individual salesperson. It does not represent or claim to be a dealership, and no page on this site should be read as describing a dealership, a franchise or a vehicle lot.

Vehicle information

Listings are provided for general information. Vehicle availability, pricing, mileage, specifications and options can change and are confirmed individually with David. Photographs may not reflect current condition. Specifications obtained from a VIN decoding service or an authorized inventory source may be incomplete or contain errors, and nothing on this site replaces an in-person inspection.

Nothing on this site is a guarantee that a specific vehicle is available, that a listing is complete, or that a vehicle will be held or reserved.

Test-drive and contact requests

Submitting the test-drive form creates a request, not a confirmed appointment. A date and time are confirmed only when David contacts you and confirms it. Requests may be declined or rescheduled.

Financing

Information about financing on this site is general information, not an offer of credit and not an approval. Financing eligibility, terms, down payment and final approval depend on the applicable financing provider and its requirements. Not every applicant is approved, and a provider's process may include a credit check. Buy Here Pay Here financing is not available on every vehicle; it depends on the specific vehicle and transaction.

Loan applications may be completed directly on this website. Submitting the credit application is an authorization to check your credit — it is not an application approval. The website collects your Social Security number and related details for this purpose only, with your authorization, and never asks for bank account numbers, online banking credentials or any way to access your accounts; the bank account question only records which types of accounts you have.

Credit applications and co-signers

A credit application submitted on this site is a request for financing, not a promise of approval or specific terms. Approval, terms, down payment and final decisions belong to the applicable lender or financing provider. When a co-signer is included, the co-signer agrees to be considered for the financing and is responsible for the information they provide. Your typed full legal name, together with the recorded date and time, serves as your electronic signature on the application authorization.
